A ski chalet in Samoëns,
named with love

Chalet Pierre is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ski chalet in Samoëns, named in honour of my late father Peter and his love for France and the Alps. Just a 5-minute walk from the village, it sleeps up to 6 guests with stunning views across the Haute Giffre Valley.

The main bedroom is a spacious double en-suite. The second bedroom can be configured as a double or twin, and a comfortable sofa bed adds flexibility for larger groups. Both rooms look directly out to the mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped — washer, dishwasher, raclette set, coffee machine, and all cookware. A ski locker handles boots, skis, and poles in winter, or hiking and cycling gear in summer.

Samoëns is one of the most beautiful mountain villages in Haute-Savoie. The GR5 long-distance trail passes right through, the village has a swimming pool and lakes, and the iconic Joux Plane — a Tour de France climb — starts from the village square.

"Great setup for a small group — kitchen was perfect for whipping up tartiflette, and the dining area was spot-on for enjoying it with a bottle (or two) of vino. The master bedroom with ensuite was super comfy. Near to the lifts and the village — just fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again."

"We have visited Chalet Pierre before in the summer, and this time in winter for skiing. So cosy — easy short drive to the ski station for amazing March skiing. The chalet has everything you need, in a lovely quiet setting overlooking the mountains. Also a short walk into Samoëns historic village for an evening drink or meal. Would not hesitate to book again."
